Spencer Fair

September 17 was probably the coldest day that we've had so far, and we spent it outside at the Spencer Fair with Mom and Dad.  It's the biggest county fair in the country!  We stayed warm with our hats and mittens.  :)  I think Dad was especially excited to take the boys to the fair and I'm glad that we went.  The boys' enthusiasm was contagious!  I remember going each year as a child and I hadn't been back for quite a few years.

We all enjoyed watching the huge train display.
For at least a half an hour, the boys went from one tractor/mower/anything with wheels to another.

Dorian was informing Grandpa that the horse was sleeping so we had to whisper.  :)
We watched the horse competition for a long time.

In this barn, the kids could pet the animals.
The boys both enjoyed the helicopter ride!
Tom Thumb donuts are made in front of you as you order and my mom has memories of eating them as a child.  :)  They are delicious.
As we were leaving, Levi had his own little bag of donuts in his hands and had no idea that Grandpa was unable to see anything that way.  :)
