Mason is interested in looking at toys so we pulled out the aquarium play mat!



Dorian and Levi love to play with Mason's new toys as well.  :)

Big, Big brother Dorian, Big brother Levi and Little Brother Mason.  It was Dorian's idea to pose for a picture with their brother shirts on.  :)  Love it!

June 6:  Levi is 5 years old!!!!!
He really wanted a fish for his birthday and we couldn't say no.  He was thrilled to wake up and find his very own little goldfish.  He decided to name him Bubbles.

Dorian was super thoughtful and wanted to wrap up some gifts for his brother.  While Dorian and Mason watched, Levi opened some special shells and a wrapping paper tube.  :)  So cute.  Nathan made hash browns and eggs at Levi's request for breakfast.

 

Nathan came home around lunch time so we would have time to go to Sioux Falls to play miniature golf and ride the go-karts.  Mason couldn't play, but he was super cool hanging out in his stroller with his sunglasses on!  :)

 

My Aunties Rock!  Mason does have some pretty awesome aunts!!!  And HE looks pretty awesome as well.  :)

Dorian and Levi took swimming lessons and on their last lesson they were able to go down the big water slides!!!  Dorian even earned a badge for swimming across the big pool so he can go down the waterslides whenever he wants to!  He's been looking forward to that for a long time.

Their swimming instructor's name is Megan and she does a great job with the boys!

For weeks Levi had told us that he really wanted a surprise party for his birthday.  So on Saturday afternoon Great Grandma Bolkema, Grandpa and Grandma Bolkema, Aunt Kerry, Ashley, Emma, Claire, Uncle Ryan and Aunt Heidi, Aniah, Eden and Adria came over to our house.  Levi was shocked to come home and find all of us in Mason's room to surprise him.  He ran away because he was so surprised.  :)  He opened some fun gifts, ate ice cream cake, broke open a piñata with tons of candy, wore some silly glasses and an Angry Birds mask.  Everyone enjoyed celebrating!

During the 2nd week of June, Levi enjoyed going each morning to soccer camp!  He had a lot of fun with his new friends Chase, Logan and Coach Seb.

Smores!  This was the first time that we took out our portable fire pit since we moved!  Geonella came over to enjoy a smore with us as well.  :)

I had to take a picture of Levi with his shirt off and his shorts on inside out and backwards, because it reminded me of his independence, and of summer fun and relaxing.

Father's Day:
I had fun helping the boys make Reeses Pieces jars for Nathan since that's his favorite candy.  They were all going to say "Love you to Pieces" but Dorian wanted to write his own note.  It said,
"O DAD I Love you so much that I think I am going to cis you and hug you".  We are all very blessed to have a wonderful dad and husband.  :)
