November Memories

I'm thankful for babysitting swaps!  Mason and I enjoyed having Lydia and William over to play at our house.

Levi is learning how to roller blade.  This was his first time on the bike path!
I was excited to hear Dorian read the story that he wrote at school.  He was very brave and did a super job!!!
My little pirates don't look too scary.  :)
Mason has been wanting to help me with cleaning lately.  It's fun to see him imitating us more and more.  :)
Yeah...our annual night of making stuffing for Thanksgiving!  It was Mason's first year to help.  :)

We set up our Christmas tree and all of our Christmas decorations on the Saturday before Thanksgiving this year.  How cozy to sit by the warm fire too!

Dorian got sick the day before Thanksgiving and he is STILL sick.  Yup, that was 11 days ago.  He's fighting pneumonia now.  He was able to take family pictures with everyone even though he wasn't feeling well on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and came to play games in the afternoon, but when he asked to go back home, we knew he wasn't better yet. :(  It was just very disappointing that Dorian couldn't couldn't join in on our fun weekend while Brian and Katherine were visiting.

Levi and I had a lot of fun skating together!  We even BOTH won the numbers game.  :)

I'm thankful for our tradition of making gift bags in honor of Rodney to hand out to the people on Christmas at the hospital where Rodney was.  It still feels like our family isn't complete without him there.

How precious!  Grandpa and Mason playing and laughing together.
