We love to make Christmas cookies during the month of December! Mason was proud of the cookies that he frosted.
Dorian and Levi worked together to try a new Christmas cookie recipe!
We spent one evening sharing some of our Christmas cookies with Great Grandma at her apartment and playing games with her.
Within an hour of Mr. Rens making a big snow pile on our yard, the boys were out making a fort!
Happy 1/2 Birthday, Levi!
Levi had his hands full on the morning of his 1/2 birthday. Backpack, boot bag, cello and a box of donuts to share with his class!
Live nativity
We went with Dad and Mom to ride in a horse drawn wagon and see the live nativity and Christmas lights in Maurice.
Christmas Celebration
We had a lot of fun with Grandpa and Grandma Tintle at our house to celebrate Christmas!
Mason was showing them how he can read books!
We got to eat delicious meals and Christmas cookies together.
Mason made a lot of pictures to give to Grandpa and Grandma!
We exchanged gifts. Our family was super excited about receiving a Charter Fishing Boat ride in Hawaii during our upcoming trip!
Mason especially liked the pretend snowballs!
Levi and Mason both played some songs for us!
Boxes
The boys put one of the many boxes that arrived during the month of December to good use! I'm thankful for online shopping.
Programs and Parties
Levi did a wonderful job as an advent reader in church!
Dorian, Levi and Mason all sang in the church Christmas program and Levi played a song on his cello!
Dorian and his class did a fabulous job with the middle school door decorating contest!
Mason did a great job singing and reciting a Bible verse at Crown Point with his class.
The students at SCCS decorated Christmas cookies and Mason made it in the newspaper!
Dorian and Levi both did a great job at their Christmas Instrumental Concert!
On the last day of school before Christmas break, the boys dressed up to celebrate! Levi made Mason his reindeer.
Since I'm a room mom for Dorian's class, I had fun planning a game for his class Christmas party.
Gift Exchange
Mason loves making and flying paper airplanes lately! There are usually at least a few lying around the house on any given day. :)
The boys did a Christmas gift exchange with each other this year. It was so fun to see what they picked out for each other! Mason picked out remote controlled cars for his brothers. Levi picked out a stuffed animal dog for Mason and a pack of cards for Dorian. Dorian picked out a remote controlled car for Mason and a Pacman game for Levi.
"Christmas Morning"
Sunday, the 23rd, was our last day at home before our trip to Hawaii so we pretended that it was Christmas morning. :) The boys opened a few presents from their stockings.
I made ornaments for the boys last winter in the pottery class that I took.
The boys surprised us with gifts too!
Dorian secretly made these wood cutouts over Thanksgiving! How sweet!
Levi and Mason both worked hard at school making us special Christmas gifts! Love them.
I'm so thankful for these handsome and loving boys!
