Rainbows
What a beautiful reminder of God's promises! It's not often that you can see the whole rainbow right out your back window!
Cabin WorkNathan enjoys writing days at the cabin and he also enjoys having a project to do there once in a while. Hopefully having a deadbolt in our door will keep it from randomly opening while we are gone!
His first picnic of the year!
Grass seed is planted after having a new sewer line put in last Fall.
I was kind of excited when our lone black appliance stopped working, so we could replace it with a matching one. :)
Family Time
We enjoyed spending a couple of days with Brian, Katherine, Mikayla and Caden! On Sunday we ate an early Easter dinner together at Kerry's house.
The boys thought the chicken that laid jelly bean eggs was hysterical!
Concert
I love watching Dorian perform in band and Levi perform in orchestra! They even had some combined songs where they played together!
Artwork
The boys were excited to finally have the fish that they caught in Canada back and ready to hang in their rooms! What a great memory and a beautiful piece of artwork for each of them!
Date Night
Dad and Levi enjoyed a night out together to eat Chinese food and watch a show in Orange City.
First 5K
I'm thankful that Renee encouraged me to sign up for my first 5K run and that she ran the whole way with me! It was literally freezing out that morning, but we survived!
Classroom Visit
It was fun to find this picture posted by Mason's room! It's so wonderful that Mason and Levi get to work with each other during connection groups once a month.
So proud of this kindergartner!
Yankees
I'm thankful that there are some fun perks for Nathan when he has to travel for work. Being in New York when the Yankees were playing meant a night out with his Dad!
Cadets
Dorian and Levi went to the Cadet-O-Rama. Levi got to race his pinewood derby car again and he raced with the top 10 cars in the area! That was one fast car!
Easter Break
The boys liked seeing all of the fish at the Spirit Lake Fish Hatchery.
The sky on the night before Good Friday was remarkable!
The boys caught their first fish of the season at Templar Bay!
We were thankful that our dock was in already!
Dorian and Mason played Spring rec soccer! It was Mason's first year so he had fun learning and playing on a team!
Easter morning with our beautiful family!
The Rosema family stayed with us for a couple of nights. And we also hosted Easter dinner and an egg hunt at our house with Great Grandma, Dad and Mom, Heidi, Jim and Lavonne, Tyler, Janelle and Karson.
Ag Day
I was so excited to be able to take Mason to the Dordt Ag Day which always happens on a Friday morning. We relished our time together petting animals, sitting on tractors, and playing bean bag toss!
We found Jeremy and Ashley there!
Dad found us to say hello!
Friends
Our family enjoyed an evening bowling and going out for supper with friends! So thankful for Amy and Janey and their families!
