growing up

Look who is getting ready to crawl!!!  He's not crawling yet, but it's fun to see him getting so close.

I'm glad that he's learning how to drink from a sippy cup and eat baby food, but it's sure messy and time consuming.  I think the following story kind of sums up our lives right now.  It was another busy day and Nathan looked at me once the boys were in bed and said, "Good Morning".  It really felt like it was the first time that we got to talk together.  Life is busy with 3 boys.  But I wouldn't want it any other way.

Oh, I remember when Dorian and Levi played with these fridge magnets!  Mason is at the age where he loves new toys so he was very excited when I pulled these out! 

While Mason was playing with fridge magnets, Dorian and Levi were showing me the papers that they brought home from school and having a snack.  And do you like our new counter stools?!

Last Wednesday after school I took the boys to Pumpkinland!  They couldn't wait to see the kittens that they remembered loving last year.

I think that they had the most fun this year feeding the goats and the llamas!

Mason still isn't too mobile...but I have found him pulling on the curtains a couple of different times.  :)  Let the baby proofing begin.

Nathan and I went on a date this past Friday night!!!  We couldn't remember going out with just the 2 of us since Mason was born.  That means it was high time!!!  We put all of the boys to bed and when Janelle arrived at 7:30 we were ready to go!  I felt like I could leave Mason since he is now sleeping through the night.  Woohoo!  We had dessert at the Fruited Plain and then watched the movie Gravity which is in 3D.
The next morning, the boys thought our 3D glasses were a blast!  It was good entertainment for them and for me!
