Baptism, Birthday, and Ashley

The Sunday after we returned from our vacation to the Black Hills, we were all blessed to witness Adria's baptism!  She is a beautiful, sweet little girl and we are so thankful that she is part of our family!

Brian, Katherine, Mikayla and Caden stopped over to see our house and meet Molly before they headed back to NJ.  :)

July 27:  Another birthday for me!
Nathan was gone for the week (again...what a lot of traveling he's done this summer) so I went to the Sheldon pool to meet up with my mom, Heidi, and her girls for the afternoon.  Oh, and that morning my boys were super sweet and worked on making me pictures for my birthday for about an hour together!

Then after my dad was done with work, we drove up to Lake Okoboji for a boat ride!!!  My parents know that I'll take a ride whenever I can get one.  :)

Ashley stayed overnight at our house on July 30 and 31.  Since Nathan was gone it was very nice to have some company!  We watched the Olympics, she played a lot with the boys, and she painted a canvas print to hang on my wall!  The boys enjoyed painting along side of her!
